We wish to inform you that we will release an improvement to the Risk Management application inside the optile gateway (OPG).

SANDBOX release will occur on Monday, 6 Dec 2021.

LIVE release will occur on Monday, 13 Dec 2021.

Transactions processing would not be disrupted during the release.


We anticipate the Risk Management application and it’s function of email referral block list may be degraded during the deployment timeframe. The deployment with data update will be performed during a period of low traffic on each environment.

This Risk Management application release includes:

Check of email address referral lists improved to work in a case-insensitive manner. This will allow any form of inputs in the referral lists and transaction requests to be matched and blocked. For example, first.last@email.com is present in referral list, then this will be considered a blocking criteria for any variation of the same email, e.g.: first.last@email.com, FIRST.LAST@EMAIL.COM, First.Last@email.com

Addition of email addresses to referral lists is case in-sensitive. If an email is already entered, then a different variation can not be entered anymore. For example, if First.Last@email.com is already present in a referral list then adding a different variation like first.last@email.com is not permitted anymore.
