optile - SANDBOX System Release 2.4.41 Apr 23, 2024 16:00-18:00 CEST

We wish to inform you that we will release improvements to the Open Payment Gateway (OPG) in version 2.4.41.

Sandbox and Live releases will take place on the following dates:

Sandbox: Tuesday 23/04/2024 at 16:00 CEST
Live: Tuesday 07/05/2024 at 18:00 CEST

This system release does not include any features or bug fixes for Orchestration merchants.

We will be deploying an update to our Authorization Service.
The update for sandbox and live will be carried out on the following dates:

Sandbox: Thursday 18th April 2024 at 13:00 CET
Live: Thursday 2nd May 2024 at 18:00 CET

This deployment will not result in any changes on your part and we do not expect any downtime whilst the update is in progress.

OPG Degraded Response Times

Resolved - All services are now processing as normal. After restarting the affected region services were resumed as normal.
